How and why distant clearing works

Sunday greetings, June 19, 2016, Father’s Day AND my birthday!

Every year about this time, I face one of those quirks of fate that some of us face, when two events that offer celebrations of our person are combined into one.  Not fair, but certainly ‘what is.’

And that sense of ‘what is’ is currently working through me… the essay I’m sending out is a recent one, digging deeply into what is real, and the implications for how we can move beyond the ordinary perception that we are separated individuals toward the capacity to affect the whole by clearing ourselves and others!

Enjoy the day AND the essay,

Jeff

How and why distant clearing works

You must read, believe and accept this; otherwise you are not going to read, believe and accept anything else that I have written about or claim to do.  In the beginning I was just like you, skeptical of all paranormal claims, completely under the influence of my senses, and in the grips of my apparent identity as an autonomous, conscious individual.  I continued to believe I was these things until I was well into my forties.  I had a full and successful life before then.  I earned a PhD in psychology, was trained as an Adlerian psychotherapist, wrote a book, and went through two marriages – all as a skeptic and an agnostic.  Then, gradually, I changed.  How I changed is too long a story to go into here, but if you are interested you can read more about it in my book, Playing 20 Questions with God.

Despite the beliefs of Western culture, we are not only individuals.  Each and every one of us is also a part of or holon to One Consciousness, the system that envelops us all.  Western culture as a whole, even science, is based on perception, ordinary perception.  We believe what we perceive, and part of what we perceive is that we are just individuals, single body/minds, aware, thinking, moving, and separate from everything and everyone else.

In order to appreciate the extent to which this ordinary perception is partial, thingified and illusory, consider the case of an Apple.  An Apple, once picked, is an individual piece of fruit.  It, like an individual person, has a skin boundary, an interior, as well as seeds and all of the other paraphernalia needed to create – new apples? – no – new trees – trees on which new apples grow.  You see if we have bought the Apple ready picked, we have probably forgotten about the tree.  But actually the Apple is just part of a system which includes not only the tree, but also everything else, water, air, sunlight, climate, the process of photosynthesis, that the tree is part of.  We have also forgotten that the tree is a temporal process.  Like the Apple itself, it has a life cycle, one which starts with a seed and ends decades or even centuries later in death, but in the meantime producing thousands of apples and many more seeds to continue its line.  And that process is just one tiny part of a vast array of processes that extend outwards to the cosmos and inwards to the microcosmos, whatever they may be.

We have also overlooked or forgotten that the tree itself, (its species defined by the kind of Apples it produces) is evolving.  And we probably do not know that the entire process of evolution is itself dependent on consciousness, which further implies that every aspect of the tree, both as a thing embedded in a system of things, and a process embedded in a system of processes is also conscious.  And we probably are not yet aware of that kind of consciousness that plants and simpler, less evolved animals rely upon, which is “knowing by being.”

But all of this is true!

What, you may ask, has all of this to do with distant clearing or any other “psychic power or siddhi?”  Just this – just as we are unaware of some aspects of the apple’s relationship to the apple tree, we are unaware of our relationship to the one consciousness that we are a part of.  However, this one consciousness, this body of consciousness, is real, as real as any apple tree.  It is both a presence (immaterial rather than material) and a process, it has a life cycle, it is evolving, and of course it is conscious…

All of this is also true.

Our senses convince us that we are what we appear to be (an autonomous, separate and separated individual) rather than what we really are (a connected body of consciousness with a skin boundary that is permeable to consciousness).  However, what we really are not only explains but even predicts all manner of ostensibly paranormal occurrences: psychic, extrasensory (ESP), telepathic, as well as distant reading, distant healing, and, of course, that which I, among others, do – distant clearing.

That which exists anywhere can potentially exist in other places; this is axiomatic. So, if you recognize or even suspect the existence of psychics, empaths, and healers anywhere you have to admit the potential for their existence in other places.  Also, you have to consider the validity of my conception of real identity, and recognize the possibility that clearing, in person or even distantly, can and does take place.  If this is so, and it is, it is also possible for you to be cleared.  What’s more, if you are experiencing problems that stem from holding a false identity, and almost all problems do, you too can benefit from being cleared.  Furthermore if I have learned to clear people, it is possible for you to learn to clear, clear yourself, and develop the ability to clear others.

This, too, is true – undeniably so.

About Dr. Jeffrey Eisen, Ph.D.

The creation of PsychoNoetics is the life's work of Dr. Jeffrey S. Eisen, an academically trained psychologist and psychotherapist. Dr. Eisen's discoveries brought him to a breakthrough expansion of Freud's id, ego and super-ego structural model of the psyche called the Enoe, and a revolutionary vision of the Self-Illuminated Human. Dr. Eisen is a gifted speaker, facilitator and author of hundreds of unpublished essays, four books, and a forthcoming one titled The De-Programmed Human. Playing 20 Questions With God, An Introduction to the Clearing Path of PsychoNoetics is both an engaging overview of the development of PsychoNoetics, and a comprehensive guide to applying it to your life. Oneness Perceived, A Window Into Enlightenment is a monumental body of work that attempts a unified field theory from the viewpoint of nonduality with academic precision and rigor, and stands to become a key reference within the alternative scientific community. He has appeared in an EnlightenNext webinar with Ken Wilber, Deepak Chopra, Barbara Marx Hubbard, Brian Robertson, and Andrew Cohen, recorded online interviews with EnlightenNext Magazine, and collaborated with the first director of the Institute of Noetic Science (IONS) who inspired the name PsychoNoetics.
